I just completed reading an amazing book recommendation by Brenda Harvey : Setting the Table, by game changer entrepreneur n restaurateur Danny Meyer. Creator of restaurants like Union Square Hospitality Group , Gramercy Tavern, Untitled at the Whitney, and, of course, Shake Shack, among many others..
